Shipping policy

All products are in stock and ready to ship - our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to ship. For urgent orders please contact hello@bettyboxes.com.au

Betty Boxes will create your curated gift bundle/box and ship via Australia Post within our processing and shipping timeframe. All orders will be sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers provided. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We only ship within Australia for now. If you are overseas and would like to place an order please contact hello@bettyboxes.com.au and we can discuss shipping options.

Please note that once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues or delays that may arise.
